PeaceWorks provides many support options for your varying needs. Our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
Help Desk support is available by phone or email. This is done through a ticketing process that includes issue tracking, triage and resolution. If an issue cannot be resolved through remote options, a consultant will be dispatched to your site.
*The Help Desk is closed on Statutory Holidays.
After Hours Support
Calling the PeaceWorks office and selecting the “After-hours Emergency Support Number” will automatically connect you to our on-call IT Consultant.
Listen for the prompt to be connected to the “After-hours Emergency Support Number”. This number will be automatically connected to the direct phone of the on-call technician.
After-hours Support Costs
- Calling the emergency support number will automatically result in a $50.00 charge on top of a minimum one hour charge
- All tech support time, either over the phone or on location, will be charged at time and a half of your standard rate
- All travel time by the Technician(s) required to/from your location will be billed at time and a half
