Zimbra Email Features

Webmail

Webmail can be used to access your email account from a browser anywhere you have internet access. No email client is required. There is no advertising in the webmail interface. Webmail includes the following features:

• Basic and advanced search
• Conversation view that groups all emails with the same subject together
• Offline web client (Chrome & Firefox)

Contacts

Contacts allows you to create, import, and manage all your contacts and lists.

• Personal distribution lists
• Global address lists

Aliases and Forwarding

Aliases and forwarding addresses can be added to any mailbox at no extra cost.

Calendar

Calendar allows group and resource scheduling.

File sharing

Zimbra Briefcase lets you upload files to your account and have access to them anywhere you can access your email.

Task Management

The Tasks feature lets you create to-do lists and manage tasks through to completion. You can add tasks to the default Tasks list, and you can create other task lists to organize your to-do lists by more specific activities, such as by work or personal projects.

Access your email through your preferred client on your computer or phone.

Security

Your accounts are protected with built-in spam filtering and anti-virus, and DKIM is available to improve email delivery rates. Data is stored in Canada.

Our servers all use solid-state drives (SSD) which are high-performance drives with extremely fast read/write speeds to maximize performance of your websites and databases. Your packages will include:

• Up to 10 databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)

Backups

Backups are performed nightly and are stored off-site for 30 days. These backups can be used to restore an entire website or database.

DNS Hosting

DNS records are required for your website, email, and some other online services to function correctly. We can host the DNS records for your domain on our DNS servers making management easy.

cPanel

Your cPanel account will allow you to access your services on our server, which include:

High-Performance

High-performance environments are available for resource-intensive sites such as CiviCRM sites, which come with higher limits on CPU and RAM usage and increased disk space allotment.
