Brad has over 12 years of experience in the IT field. Prior to joining PeaceWorks, Brad spent 7 years at Microsoft participating in the incident monitoring (help desk) team, change operations (security compliance) and the Lync (now Skype) team. Brad is proficient at troubleshooting server issues, and enjoys deciphering hardware issues as well. Brad's development experience includes working with SQL databases, developing tools in Excel, and creating real-time web-based data reports using Silverlight. Brad enjoys helping clients use technology more effectively.
