PeaceWorks is a certified Lenovo Computer repair shop. Our Lenovo repairs are completed on a first come, first served basis with priority given to existing PeaceWorks’ clients.
Lenovo Support Hours: PeaceWorks provides dedicated Lenovo support on each Monday between 11am – 2pm.
Warranty Items: To see if your computer is covered by a Lenovo warranty, please visit the Lenovo site here and enter your serial number. Please note that the Lenovo warranty refers to hardware repair. If you require a backup or installation of software, that will be billed at an hourly time and materials repair rate.
Warranties exclude:
– Accidental damage (unless you have purchased specific accidental coverage)
– Problems due to software or the operating system
– Shipping costs to return a product to the manufacturer (unless you have onsite warranty)
– Data restoration (products are often returned with default factory settings)
Non-Warranty Items: If repairs are required for Lenovo items that are not covered by warranty, the repair will be billed at an hourly time and materials repair rate.
How to submit a Lenovo repair support request: Submit a repair request by completing this form and selecting “Lenovo Warranty Repair”.
